Wishful thinking
Still waiting to hear back
I had ask to receive a discount or some kinda store credit due to the damage. I was not trying or wanting to return it, just thought it'd be right for you to discount price . There was exstream confusion with us both in what I was asking an not following return policy. Was not returning it thou.
I received nothing but poor treatment, an in end very disappointed with company support service. I was impressed with the quality of bike an the ride, but maintenance due to the damage became quite a Hassel. I am about to purchase another falcon from ur company, an will continue to give good review on your product, would you consider working something out with me for the first one I was so poorly dealt with then.
Anything at all would be nice. This purchase was a whole month of my income, nothing to your company.

Resolved: No customer service contact
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Despite lack of verbal communication I received a link for the product needed. Awaiting the arrival to see of it the appropriate charger for the 2 units that need it.
All this technology , and they will not provide a number to speak with a person. Do not buy the China based products. Mototec USA, bs..

Shady customer service
Paid $289 for a 63cc motor for my scooter, also paid an extra $88 to get it shipped in 2 days. Followed every step to the T!
Finally got to ride it, at low speeds and 15 minutes later, piston embedded into the head. Contacted them and it was shady. Now that I think about itetc, then tell ya what, send $60 and we can send you a new one and you can keep that one for parts thats just shady and I refuse to pay even a penny. I should have got one sent to me and over nighted.
Thanks to the shady *** response Im now not able to play around with both my kids on their scooters. Havent received a reply in over 6 hours after I called him on the shady response.

Beware!!!!
This company Was no help until I disputed the charges. If this company screws you over dispute the charges with your bank and you will get your money back.
I bought a faulty bike in May from a dealer.
The dealer forwarded me to the manufacturer. The manufacturer would reply once a day to every 3 or 4 days. I couldn't get much help so I disputed the charges with my bank. Four months later Chad The owner from Big toy, who seems to be the only person working there is messaging me sending me threats.
If you want a good e-bike buy a KTM SX E5.
It's much more expensive but you'll be dealing with a reputable American company.
Big toys only sells bottom of the barrel Chinese junk. Expect it to not work and if it does work expect it to not work for long.
